REFUND AND CANCELLATION

Our Agency always trying best in providing customers with the best Design and marketing services experience, But for better understading we have established a considerate cancellation & refund policy.

In cases the disccused project has not been initiated and buyer wants to cancel the project within 10 days of payment, We will make the full refund of the amount recieved.
As Dppl Works Pvt. Ltd. staff spend time achieving every milestone and completing every design work, Money is not refunded for work already Initiated.
In case of project terminated on a mutual basis, the client has control of all given design files and any futher payment for given design and marketing services will become void. No previous payment or advances would be refunded.
No payment will be refunded ltd. once the client approves the proposal and we move into the project’s development phase.
There are no partial refunds for in between the project through a milestone phase.
Digital marketing packages are not refundable, but the client may cancel with a notice written 30 days in advance.
We do not offer refunds on deposits or payments for projects that are abandoned or lay dormant for more than 30 days.
A project is not void unless the agreement for clearly decided.
Refund policy is not applicable if the information for the project to complete the task is not given on proper time. If there is a delay or failure in the completion of the project due to improper communication from client, it cannot be attributed to DPPL Works Pvt. Ltd.
If the information provided by the client is incomplete and/or complete information regarding the project is not provided at the initiation of the project, DPPL Works Pvt. Ltd. is not liable to follow its delivery or refund commitments.
There is no provision for compensation for the delay of delivery under any conditions, until and unless there is an agreement signed with a penalty clause for delay in delivery.

DPPL Works Pvt. Ltd., at its sole discretion, may cancel any order(s):

If a fraudulent transaction is suspected.
If it suspects a customer has undertaken some illegal or wrong transaction per RBI policy.
If we are unable to get the complete detail and description from the customer.
